Peppers have a very high concentration of vitamin C - in our coloured peppers this can be as high as four times a standard orange, and a single green pepper alone provides more than double the recommended daily requirement.

Other important vitamins and minerals in peppers are: Vitamin E, iron and potassium as well as valuable dietary fibre.

Yellow and orange varieties are good sources of sulforaphane, accelerating natural detoxification and can help boost carcinogen resistance.

Red and yellow varieties are rich in Beta Carotene which the body converts to vitamin A.
