Our organic operation is based in the beautiful Somerset
countryside. Between March and November, to standards laid down by
the Soil Association, red, green, yellow and long sweet
peppers are grown along with organic ridge cucumbers; both crops
having a unique organic flavour. To enable year round supply, we
source from Mediterranean countries during the winter months. |
