Our onsite temperature-controlled packhouse covers 10,000m2 of production space, accredited to the British Retail Consortium food safety standard.

Purpose-built for grading and packing our products before distribution– it is one of the most modern facilities in Europe, equipped with the latest innovations in fresh produce packing technology.

Once harvested, peppers are inspected and packed, with accurate and efficient electronic graders, sorting the fruit by colour, diameter and weight. The wrapping and bagging lines use printed film and automated labelling systems to apply customer information. Everything is specifically designed for maximum efficiency and minimal waste.

With this impressive cold storage facility our produce never leaves the cool chain – peppers stay ‘fresh from first pick’ and product shelf-life is increased.
